The “Bickford” is a 4 bedroom 3 bath split entry plan.  The price including base lot starts at $209,755.00 with approx. 1928 sq.ft. finished living area.  It has vaulted ceilings through-out.  The home has a separate 4^th bedroom with a ¾ bath and a rec-room in the lower level.  The garage is oversized for extra storage and can accommodate 3 cars on most corner lots.

The “Breckenridge” is a 4 bedroom front to back California style split level with an oversized Master Bed on the main level.  Tall ceilings and open spaces are its hallmark.  The finished lower level provides a separate 4^th bedroom or office, bathroom, and recreation room.  The unfinished sub-basement is perfect for a play room or storage.  The price including base lot starts at $217,990.00 with approx. 2170 sq.ft. finished, makes this home an exceptional value.
