At the corner of College Blvd. and Woodland road in Olathe is the beautiful new Fallbrook Community. Another Hoelting Family neighborhood, featuring homes starting in the low 200's. Design styles at Fallbrook include ranches, 2-story, and split-level homes.
Fallbrook lies within the award winning Olathe School District 233. The community's children attend Meadow Lane Elementary School, the newly opened Prairie Trail Junior High School, and Olathe Northwest High School -- all located just a few short blocks from the neighborhood. The Meadow Lane Elementary staff includes 32 certified and 21 classified personal, and Prairie Trail has 47 certified and 28 classified staff members.
